By working as a consultant for the support of a number of years, you start things. It also shows an abundance of evidence, but goes to explain why it like it is. I have and I recommend this book for anyone who advance their IT department or a problem with their IT department. The book high-level discussions, so if you are looking for a technical manual, this is not your book. Have a high degree for each computer / management major.

Great Reading! Should all IT professionals, business users and management to read. If we can only achieve – it is to solve business problems, not for its own sake, we would be in good shape today. . But I think this book is a step in that direction.

I was looking for resources that might help explain technology concepts in a peer-straight-forward and a simple way, not mine-technical, when I was in "Boiling the IT Frog". After reading the book, I decided to buy extra copies to stock. Mr. Thrasher has done a very nice not only explaining the key aspects of the technology, has decided it also provides reliable information about persons who have the technology as a profession – very useful for those people who do not understand the technology and technicians. This book gives some good ideas for technical staff – to help them understand what a "magician" and why it is not necessarily a good thing. The book offers up a good advice for business – the total activity.

I'm awarding this book out to some of our customers. It's a great read and certainly fills the gap of communication. I think it is too technical areas, but also to customers when they just glance over the material to improve our relations with them.
